At Nosiboo, we offer two ways to shop: through our Standard Checkout and via Buy with Prime. Both methods utilize Amazon’s world-class fulfillment network to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing Times

Standard Orders: These are typically processed immediately after payment confirmation. In rare cases or during peak periods, it may take 1-2 business days to process your order.

Buy with Prime Orders: These are processed immediately by Amazon’s automated system to meet Prime delivery promises.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery speeds depend on the checkout method selected:

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Area & Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States (including the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii).

At this time, we do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes (except for specific Buy with Prime eligible addresses)

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

U.S. territories or protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

International destinations outside the U.S.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Standard Orders: You will receive a shipment confirmation email from Amazon with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

Buy with Prime Orders: You will receive a shipment confirmation email from Amazon. You can track your package using the "Track Order" link in that email or by logging into your Amazon account.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@nosiboousa.com with your order number.

Standard Orders: We will open an investigation with Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) on your behalf.

Buy with Prime Orders: We will coordinate with Amazon support to resolve the issue.

Please allow 5–7 business days for a resolution once a claim is opened.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

For Standard Checkout: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

For Buy with Prime: The shipping address is pulled directly from your Amazon account. Please ensure your Amazon 1-Click settings are up to date before purchasing.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

7. Return Shipping

Standard Orders: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions. Returns must be sent to the address stated on that specific label.

Buy with Prime Orders: Follow the instructions provided by Amazon when you initiate the return. Amazon will handle the logistics and provide the necessary label.
