Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Nosiboo purchase. Our policy below covers both standard website orders and orders placed using Buy with Prime.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to both standard orders and Buy with Prime orders.

2. How to Start a Return

The return process depends on how you placed your order:

For Standard Orders: Log in to your account on our website and select your order. The "Return" button becomes available in the top right corner once the item is delivered. You can also contact us at usa@nosiboo.com to initiate the process.

For Buy with Prime Orders: Returns are managed directly through Amazon. To start a return, click the link in your Buy with Prime confirmation email or visit the Order Details page in your Amazon account. You will be provided with an Amazon-generated return label.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the appropriate channel will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Your Return

If your return is accepted:

Standard Orders: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions. Returns must be sent to the address stated on that specific label.

Buy with Prime Orders: Follow the instructions provided by Amazon when you initiate the return. Amazon will handle the logistics and provide the necessary label.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at usa@nosiboo.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Buy with Prime orders, you may also report issues through the Amazon order management link.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and processed.

Standard Orders: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at usa@nosiboo.com.

Buy with Prime Orders: Refunds for Buy with Prime orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after the item is received at the Amazon fulfillment center.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
